New Domain Name

RNA-Puzzles has a new domain name rnapuzzles.org. This domain name will always point to the RNA-Puzzles website no matter where we set the domain. Currently, the website is fully functional except the registration system. Therefore, the submission of the prediction results need to be done by email.
